Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan Leaves the Andhra pradesh

 Andhra Pradesh, according to Biswa Bhusan Harichandan, is his second home.


Outgoing Governor Biswa Bhusan Harichandan called Andhra Pradesh his second home and said that serving the people of the State for three years and seven months was a special experience that he will never forget. He was addressing at the State government-organized goodbye event as he prepared to assume office as the Governor of Chhattisgarh.



Harichandan, who was visibly moved, promised to never forget the love and adoration the state's residents and the government had showed him. He continued, "I'm really sorry to have to go. Harichandan praised YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for launching and implementing a wide range of welfare projects as he reflected on his time spent working with the chief minister.

I once questioned the Chief Minister on the implementation of all the welfare programmes. "He said that he would carry them out somehow with God's grace, and now he has done so," the Governor added.


Governor Harichandan noted that the government has prioritised the agriculture industry in the State and he was pleased with the Rythu Bharosa Kendras, a one-stop shop for resolving farmers' complaints. He claimed to have told Prime Minister Narendra Modi about his visit to an RBK and regarded it as an example for the nation.

Deputy Chief Ministers, cabinet ministers, MLAs, MLCs, the DGP, as well as a number of public representatives, officials and non-officials attended the event, which was presided over by AP Legislative Council Chairman K Moshen Raju.
